This year we were invited to appear at the Northwest fine foods food festival at Tatton Park.

The event is over two days and is a mouth watering display of produce from Cheshire and the surrounding counties.

We were there showing the farming and providing entertainment for the younger visitors with the chicks, feely boxes and milking cow.

The chicks were as ever a big hit and as these ladies prove not only with the children.

Celebrity chefs were on hand demonstrating their skills and here is the TV celebrity Mr Anthony Worrell Thompson (who also likes our chicks). 

The event attracts around 15,000 people and I spoke to people from as far as Sussex and Scotland. 

Also attending were the ladies from the Women’s farming union and here we are by their banner. 

I would recommend this event as a date for your diary in 2007 if you want an interesting day out with excellent foods to sample and buy.
