The month started off with gale force
winds as you saw on the report page but ended cold and I think February
is going to be the coldest month of this winter with the lowest temperature
being on the 29th at minus 4C In contrast he month had begun with a
high of 15.4c on the 4th.
It has also been dry with only 45mm
of rain making it the lowest since we began keeping our records beating
February 2003 by 4mm.
Dry in February wet in June is the old saying…..we’ll see.
