The river Dane forms our Eastern boundary . It is one of the fastest rising rivers in the country .

These pictures taken along the boundary show the erosion that is taking place.

The Trent and Mersey Canal runs parallel to the river at this point .

On Bostock House farm, a short distance upstream from us, the River Dane is joined by the River Wheelock.
