This month was somwhat drier than August with a mere 61mm. this brings this years total so far to 664mm just 3mm short of the total for the whole of last year.

On the temperature side of the weather September has shown small drop from begining to end with the maximum daytime temperatures during the middle of the month hardly changing at all.
